Why am I able to convert one word document and not another?

Acrobat Pro 6.0.0, Windows

There are all kinds of possible reasons, almost all of which have to do with the Word document in question, and very few to do with Acrobat.

I suggest you write back with some specifics about the error message (if any) or other specific indications of the problem.
