Create New Default Pages

Hello all,

This probably very simple, but I just can't work it out!

Using autocad 2007 I am trying to create a PDF of my drawing using Elements 6.0. The program defaults allow me to create A4 or A3 documents.
However I want also create A0, A1 and A2 PDFs. Is it possible for me to create additional ayouts so these appear in my default options?

Hopefully I have described that clearly and look forward to hearing from anyone who can help.
