Couldn't create PDF from Word doc w/Acrobat 6. Loaded Acrobat 8...STILL can't create PDF. It tries but then says ERROR. No problem making PDF from Excel...just Word. Any idea what's wrong? What I can do?? Thanks!

First step is to try repairing the application. Both Word and Acrobat have a repair feature. Try selecting Help > Repair Acrobat Installation in Adobe Acrobat and see if the PDFMaker works after running the repair.ted
