Creating file from scanner and only the first page shows up in Acrobat

Hello,

I'm scanning from a Canon ImageRunner 5000 to Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.1.2

As of yesterday we were able to put multiple pages into the ADF and scan. Now when we scan all of the pages will run through the ADF, but Acrobat only recognizes page 1 - there are no more pages that show up in the software. I've rebooted the copier as well as the computer. Nothing has changed on either machine, unless Adobe did an update behind my back!

Help!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1.2, Windows

Try scanning with transfer mode as "memory". Create PDF>From Scanner>Custom Scan. Click options button next to the scanner to see this option.

I have same problem as original correspondent, except am using a Canon IR2200. Memory Mode has no affect on output; still only first page is transmitted to the computer. No software or hardware changes in Canon copier, only now have Acrobat Pro 9.0 on computer. What is fix?
