When converting a Word or Excel document to a PDF (version 8.1.4, Standard), I go to print and change the printer from my printer to Adobe PDF, I get "Adobe PDF (Copy1)" and error messges come up. Doesn't covert to a PDF. Have been using this (legal) version for over a year and never had this problem. One error message indicated something about a driver being missing. Any ideas what's going on? Uh..on the Product Version selection, there is no version 8.1.4. Was this a legit download?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

"Adobe PDF (Copy 1)". Looks like you might have multiple Adobe PDF printers, should have only one. Can you see your printers from control panel and check that?

In the Control Panel, Printers, there is only one = Adobe PDF (copy 1). Use to be Adobe PDF.

Thank You, Daka630. This solved the problem. I then deleted the Adobe PDF (copy 1), printed to a PDF and worked perfectly.
