Creating PDF from Publisher Files

Hello all

I wonder if you can help me on this. I am trying to create a preint ready PDF from a series of Publisher files. Problem I have is the book being created is A4 landscape, so despite setting the page to be A4 landscape and ensuring the page sizes are correct, it keep failing the print saying I need to select a larger page setting ie 297 x 210 or larger. Problem is I already have done. If I igbore this it prints randomly and so pages are duplicated and others blank.

I am very confused, but ned to get the book to our publishers prood reader tomorrow.

I have created similar documents many times in A4 portrait with no problems at all.

Any suggestions on the settings would be greatly appreciated.

There's obviously something about the document that is outside the A4 format. Maybe some miscellaneous piece of content somewhere. I'd suggest printing to the recommended size and then cropping the pages in Acrobat.
