creating pdf from word 2007

I keep getting this error when I try to convert a word 2007 file into a pdf "An unexpected oeror occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF" This is windows XP, Acrobat 8.1 pro and office pro 2007. please help!

Well; those errors have cleared up for me after I've run a registry checker. Registrys do degrade over time; and the registry checker can help. It's at least worth a try. Hope those helps.

Acrobat is probably the program I use most often and I'm learning more every day.
