Creating a PDF from a Word Document on Letterhead

I have a Word document that is on a letterhead template. When I import it into Acrobat it strips the letterhead off the document. How do I keep the letterhead portion in tact?

Sounds like your header/footer is placed in a non-printing area of your Word document. Or, your template is setup to not print because your printer uses letterhead paper. You need to change this first in Word before printing to PDF.
