I've been asked to produce some PDFs for users in Japan,Korea and China. What's the best way to do this?

Be certain to use CKJ font sets that can be embedded in the PDF files. If you need to have a single document with 3 languages, you might consider using Adobe InDesign and add the text for each language on a separate layer. All the background images and graphics can be on a background layer. You can add buttons on the opening page for the user to click the language button respective to the language to be viewed. Use the Set Layer Visibility action tye to assign to each of the 3 language buttons.
