For some reason, I cannot create a PDF from a report in MS Access. I have tried printing to the Adobe print driver, the PDF maker and PDF995. They all cause the machine to take 95% of the system resources and just hang up. Is there a known problem and solution?
Thanks
One thing I have noticed over time is that if you have specified that the PDF file is displayed after conversion, you are more likely to experience the problem you are facing.
Before you try again, in Access choose Adobe PDF > Change Conversion Settings to open the PDFMaker dialog box. On the General settings page - shown by default - look for a setting at the upper part of the list, which is likely checked and deselect it.donna.
