Default magnification

Is there a not very expensive plugin that allows you to set the default magnification for all internal cross-reference links and all bookmarks in a PDF file? i recently upgraded from Acrobat 4 to 8, and in Acrobat 4 this functionality was built into the PDFMaker macro for Word; but unfortunately Adobe have stripped out this functionality, so I now have to spend hours manually editing the properties of every internal cross-reference link and every bookmark.

You can't modify the bookmarks as a batch in Acrobat 8. The only option is to make the modifications as you describe.

There are third-party products on the market that will do what you require, such as AutoBookmark.
