No, it is not possible to prevent saving a file once it is downloaded, and your file wouldn't be very useful if it couldn't be downloaded and viewed.
There are fairly expensive DRM (Digital Rights Management) solutions that will help protect your information, by not allowing redistribution, copying, setting expiry dates, tracking usage etc., but none of those prevent "saving" that I know of. Here are links to some providers and solutions-
