Distiller 8.1.2 - Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand

Ok, Im betting this is an older problem as my resident program is pagemaker6.5 (dont hate me b/c I use older programs!)

When trying to run export function from PM6.5, Distiller 8.1.2 gives me this error below regarless of choosing to embedd fonts or not.

I do not use, nor do I have Helvetica on my system.
I tried distilling from old, new and blank pm6.5 files and still get the following error below.

Anyone know how to solve this?
I've looked through all the forums, but cant find any info.
