Distiller error message

Everytime I boot up my XP computers, I get 'Distiller has encountered a problem and must close' Acrobat 8.0 pro seems to work fine though. Same error message across other Adobe products in CS3.0 though (ie Photoshop CS3.0)
 
Someone suggested this is a font issue. How do I find and correct bad fonts?
