Is it true that anyone with Reader 7.0 should be able to edit and save a a pdf document written with Acrobat 8.0 Pro? I created a document and sent to colleague with 7.0 to test, and she was unable to save to her computer? Is it possible for someone with 7.0 to download, input info, save to computer and go back in later to continue editing? Thank you.
Thank you.

Yes, it is true that anyone with Adobe Reader 7 can fill in a Rights Enabled form and save the data, and come back later to finish filling in a partially filled out form. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "edit" the form, but if you mean add comments or fill in form fields the answer is yes. But, if you mean by "edit" things like creating new form fields, adding or removing text ( outside of form fields) or images then the answer is no.
Hope that helps,
