I scanned in a form I'd like to take a header off of and replace. I've tried everything from the tutorials I could find and it won't let me delete it or even crop it out. It doesn't recognize it as a header, it doesn't recognize it as text. Help please!

Well,

a scanned PDF in nothing else than a pixel image in a PDF shell.
Acrobat doesn't know what this images is displaying.
You can run OCR with clear scan to recognize the text and rebuild the form.
