Enable hand tool text selection in pdf file through c#.net.

Hi,
I am using pdf file in my .net application and i want to enable users text selection which is by default disabled. so through which methods i can enable this option.

Using the hand tool to select text is a preference that can be set under Edit --> Preferences --> General.Hope this helps,
