I am attempting to print a 314 page PDF file. The document prints to page 169 then stops and appends the following message:

ERROR: Undefined
OFFEDING COMMAND: EGK^k.u.^6M:YL

STACK:

I've narrowed it down to page 169- which contains a graphic - I tried to print that one page and received the same error message.

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

Thanks so much!!

1) If you use a PostScript-driver, look for an option called "passthrough" in your driver settings.
If it is aktivated, deactivate it.

2) Another solution can be to use PostScript Level 2 instead of PostScript Level 3. It's a parameter in most of the printer drivers.
If you can't find it there you also can set Acrobat down to Level 2.
Open the print dialog (ctrl + p) and go to the "Advanced"-setting at the buttom of the dialog.
Select the "PostScript settings" and choose "Niveau 2" for the printing method.

3) If you use a PCL5 or PCL6(PCL XL)-driver you can deactivate the "extended print options" in the "Advanced"-tab of your printer properties.

4) If 1 - 3 does not work, you also can select the option "print as image" under "Advanced" in the Acrobat's print dialog.
