Excel 2007 PDF Creation

We are having issues converting an Excel Spreadsheet using the PDF creation in Office 2007.

Excel document was created in 2003 and is being updated in 2007 but still saved as a 2003 document. Spreadsheet contains three pie charts. When trying to convert the Excel Spreadsheet using Acrobat 8 Professional the middle pie chart is missing the larger portion of the chart. If we print to PDF instead of converting the pie charts are fine. We have Acrobat 9 Professional Extended on one computer in the office and we are able to convert the document using the PDF creation in Office 2007 without issues. I've tried to save the Excel workbook as a 2007 document and I still have the issue. Is there a fix for this probelm? Are there certain features like charts that just have probelms when being converted using the PDF creation feature?

Please let me know what you think the problem is.

I can't seem to access it. You have uploaded the file to your meeting room.
You should instead go to http://share.acrobat.com and upload the file there "My files"

When I log-in I get a black screen that says ACROBAT.COM Beta. No options to attach a document, please advise.

Hi socco,
Just a stray thought here.
Install or if installed, update Flash reader.
Some months ago, I experienced something that, as I recall, was similar to what you describe.
Had to update the computer's Flash reader.

Be well...

I created a pdf file from an excel file, which had numerous links in it. The converted pdf file does not seem to recognize these links. How can I fix this?

I installed an updated version of Flash, restarted the computer and was still having the same issue. I think I have the document uploaded to the My Files in the share site. Didn't have alot of options as to who to share it with so if you still are unable to see it, please let me know.

Thanks!

In the My files section, there should be a drop down next to the file from where you can copy the URL. That should be different from what you have pasted above.

I could reproduce the problem, looks like a bug. I could make it work by turning off "Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF" in preferneces.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to get it to work. Any thoughts on what to do about the bug? Should I notify Miscrosoft about the issue? Let me know what you think.
