I have Excel 2004, Acrobat Standard 7.0 and OS-X Tiger. How can can create a single pdf file from a multisheet workbook.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 7.0.0, Macintosh

Hi bholzman,

The Adobe PDF menu in Excel contains a workbook command. Choose Adobe PDF > Convert Entire Workbook to convert the contents of an .xls file to a single PDF document.Hope this helps,

In the menu bar at the top for Excel 2004, Adobe Standard 7.0 on OS-X, there is no "Adobe PDF" menu option. There is an Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker toolbar which doesn't have such an option.

Can you please clarify and confirm you have the right version in mind?
