I am using 8.0 pro trying to print multiple worksheets from one workbook. Is there a way to create one PDF for each worksheet in a workbook, and have it name them the worksheet name?

I am using 6.0 Standard & cannot print either single sheets or multiple sheets to PDF, this wasn't a problem prior to upgrading Windows to Vista...any help would be welcomed.

I also can't get it to go with a Mac OS-X 10.49, Acrobat Standard 7.0 and Excel 2004. Can anyone suggest a solution?

I have Excel 2007 and Acrobat Pro 6.0 - no matter what I try, I can only get a blank page when trying to convert from Excel to PDF, even when using a compatible format in Excel - can anyone help, please? Thank you.

On Mac:
If you print to PDF from Excel - and have several tabs active ("selected")- and print "active worksheets"
on the desktop (default i guess) Acrobat will create a file with first tab and then will automatically overwrite it with the next tab - so basically all you'll end up with is the last tab.

"Is there a way to create one PDF for each worksheet in a workbook, and have it name them the worksheet name?"

not that i am aware of... it uses the file name.

I have Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro installed on Windows Server 2003, and am having trouble creating PDFs from an Excel workbook with several worksheets.

The file is supposed to print on 14 pages (some worksheets print up to 3 pages) but the processing of the whole workbook stops around page 7 and then it asks where to save it (again) and it ends up breaking what should come up as a single 14-page file on different 3 PDF files. I had the same problem on 8.0 and fixed it deleting the hidden worksheets, but this new file doesn't have any hidden worksheets anymore. Anyone can help with this? Any suggestions?
Thank you!

If you select Convert to Adobe PDF in Excel, it will allow you to select multiple sheets for converting to PDF in Acrobat 8. You can pick in choose which sheets you want to convert. Make sure you unhide all your sheets before creating the PDFs.

Acrobat 6 isn't support on Windows Vista only Acrobat 8.1.

I use Excel 2002 - whenever I convert worksheets to PDF, more often than not there is some formatting problem in the output - graphs squeezed, column cut off. I'm using Acrobat 8 Professional. It seems somewhat random, works ok sometimes, not other times. Preview shows accuratly what prints. Does anyone know what to do about this?

Hi all - I have Acrobat 6 standard and Excel 2002 setup at work and would like to be able to print several tabs / worksheets to pdf through a macro. The resultant file name will ideally be the worksheet / tab name.

Can anyone advise where I need to look to get guidance on this, or even, advise what code i need to execute this?

Thanks in anticipation.

You can use the Tools feature (in Excel) to convert multiple Excel files to PDF in Acrobat 6. This is detailed in the following technical note:
