FDF encoding characters

Hello.
I have pdf, what is populating from fdf.
I have problem with some characters, like Ľ and ľ.
This characters are from Slovak charset.
 
How is possible change charset?
Please help me.
 
Coding charset like \241 and \245 is not working.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.0, Windows

When I filled a field with the single character Ľ and exported to FDF, it had the unicode value of: \FE\FF^A9

in a text editor set to display in UTF-8

Hmm, it is not working for me :(

So, did you try to use XFDF instead of FDF ?

In xfdf it is working correctlly, but in fdf it is wrong letter. Is possible somewhere set up charset, or encoding for fdf/pdf?
Usualy is Ľ in fdf code like \254 so I do not know what it is no working for me :(
What is wrong?

FDF is a very old plain text file format. XFDF is the newer format that supports the newer XML format standard, this was introduced in verso 5. I would suggest you use the XFDF format and have your users upgrade their products as needed.
