File Conversion for Word 2007

I have Office 2007, I can't covert any Word (2007)files to PDF, this includes documents saved as 2007 and those saved as 2003 compatible. My Acrobat version is 8.1 standard. Excel 2007 converts fine. What is my problem?

As a first effort in solving the problem, I'd try to repair the Acrobat installation. Use the Help menu and choose Repair Acrobat Installation. Any problems with the PDFMaker should be fixed.
