We have 3 users on one server. 1 worker was converting files (Lakes .doc files)- and now all the files from L to Z are gone! The file folders are there, but no data (.doc, .xls, .php) are stored within those files. Any suggestions as to how to restore? or any thoughts on how this happened in the first place? Thanks!
Can you provide more information on how you do your conversions (i.e., PDFMaker, Distiller, watched folders, batch processing, etc.)?
Also, if you're running under Windows have you tried refreshing your folder view or viewing the files by Details, Icons, etc.
