I've trying to to turn a 1100-page catalog into a PDF with a linked index. Each time it gets to the very end and gives me:
Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: P94139
Flusing rest of job...No PDF.

I've run this process several times in the past without fail. I choose the print Adobe PDF printer, print to PDF, and my book is done and my index link to specific pages. Now this. The log only tells me the error but I have no idea where to look. Any help or where to look would be appreciated.
Running Frame 7.2, Distiller 7.0, Windows XP Pro
