Grayscale ClearScan OCR Font Color

I prefer to scan documents using grayscale instead of black and white as the results are cleaner. In using Acrobat 9 Pro, I've discovered that running ClearScan (OCR) on scanned documents continues to use a custom color for text (found by TouchUp Text Tool > TouchUp Properties > Text Tab > Fill Color which is a dark gray. I would like the OCT font to use black instead of the gray selected by Acrobat. Is there a way to do this automatically? Right now, I can change text color manually but that is very time consuming. Thanks.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1, Windows

I've got the same issue when converting gray scale images to PDF. Is there a way to force Acrobat to use black as the Clearscan font color? Or, is there a way of changing the Clearscan font color on all pages at the same time?
