I create a pdf from scratch on acrobat proffesional, and when i am done with the first page, i want to add a second page but i don't know how! If i press insert page, it asks to add a file, it doesn't just add a second blank page. Any idea?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1, Windows

File > Create PDF > From Blank Page will give you a single (1) page only. Each time it is used you get a new (separate file), single blank page.Document > Insert Pages > provides the choice of either "From File" or "From Clipboard" . As you've noted, it is not associated with
creating a new PDF "blank page".

You could create a number of PDFs "from blank page" and then Insert Pages by inserting one or more PDFs or files in formats that Acrobat
can convert to PDF.

Another way to obtain multiple blank pages could be by using a word processor. Use the page break function to get a number of blank pages.
Then convert to PDF.

Odd...
This may be a difference between Pro and Extended. (?)

Open the thumbnail navigation panel, then : ALT-clic on a thumbnail will duplicate the corresponding page.

Otherwise you can now download the version 3.0 of my free abracadabraTOOLS : it adds a "New page" and a "Add a blank page" items in Acrobat's menus (among other features)

er...
i think you must create a blank pdf file first, and then insert it to your pdf files.
