Hello,

I want to use the technology while users downloading the papers from my website

ex .pdf : http://arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/1101/1101.0055v2.pdf

If you check the online link, you will see the box from left hand side.

How can I do that with using PDF.

Does anyone know anything about these technology?

I believe that you're referring to the web links that have been added to the PDF file. You can create these in either Acrobat Std. or Pro. Here are some specific instructions to Create a Link.
