How to prevent Batch Processing presenting a dialogue to save xps file

I am converting 990 word documents to pdf - all in nested subfolders. I have used the Advanced Documenet Processing Batch Process command to create a simple process to Print the Files to the Same Folder as the Original Word file.

This works well now that we have got folder permissions sorted. However for every file saved as pdf file - acrobat is asking where it should save the xps file. Responding to the Save As dialogue box is getting very tedious! I have checked all the configuration options I can think of (in Word, Distiller and Acrobat) to see if there is a setting which will make the dialogue box unnecessary.

Any thoughts would be most welcome.

Hi,
Just curious; but, do you have the Batch Sequence configured with Interactive Mode off?
