Hyperlink commands

I'm trying to streamline my production process by creating all the hyperlinks I need in InDesign, rather than Acrobat.

For example I used to export my 12-15 page pdf and then open it up in Acrobat and insert links to not only web sites, but pages in the pdf as well. Additionally I have functions such as "Open PDF in full screen","close document" etc etc.

I am wondering if is possible to create (let's call them) hyperlink commands in InDesign that when I export the pdf are there and ready to use?
For example I would love to have a command that would let me go to the next page, the previous page etc, rather than doing it manually in Acrobat.

I am familiar with inserting ordinary links in InDesign such as links to websites, mailto commands etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I don't know much about InDesign, but checkout the demo here:

They seems to be demonstrating what you want

Thanks for the response abhigyan, but they seem to be focussing more on button states.
Unfortunately our publication requires compatibility with Acrobat 6 and below, so I don't have the chance to play with Acrobat 9 as demonstrated in that clip :-(
