When I create a Press Ready PDF from InDesign 2, the Hyperlinks work when I open the pdf in Acrobat Pro/Reader. When I create a PDF of the same ID2 doc as a PDF-Smallest Size, the links don't work. I believe it must be a setting but don't know what I'm not doing correctly.

When you export a PDF, be certain that the Hyperlinks option is checked at the bottom of the General panel in the PDF Export panel.
