Hyperlinks are no longer being converted from Excel.

Hi,

I have recently come across an issue where hyperlinks from Excel are being converted to PDF as underlined blue text and no longer contain the link. However, if the full address is typed and converted , ie www.adobe.com, the links are clickable.

This appears to have only surfaced in the last week or so and the amount of users it has affected is escalating but I cannot find a reference of this happening to anyone else on the web.

We've looked at the possibilty of upgrading to Acrobat 8 but this is not currently feasible and would require testing with our environment.

Our environment currently runs on MS Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003.

The version of Acrobat across the board is 7.05 Pro, and I have updated to 7.09 and given it another shot to no avail.

I have checked conversion settings in Excel and "Add Links to Adobe PDF" is checked.

The issue is not evident in Acrobat 8.0 or from any other Office Application.

I have also uninstalled any recent MS Patches to see if these were a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks
