Hyperlinks not working in Mac

Hello all,

This is my first post here and am looking for help.

I have created a number of PDFs from Adobe FrameMaker using Acrobat 7 (Windows). The files and links all render fine when viewed in Reader (Windows).

However, users are unable to get any of the hyperlinks to work when viewing the files with the built in program "Preview" that is part of the Mac OS X operating system.

I wonder if there is a setting in the Acrobat Pro to enable Apple compatibility?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
John

JGP-

This wouldn't happen to be the same JGP that posts on the ACL User Forums?

Chris, I'm not sure what the ACL forums are, but I don't think so.

Just curious -
What happens when the PDF(s) are accessed by the Adobe Reader for the Mac OS?

Be well...

Hi daka,

Apparently, they work fine in Acrobat on the Mac. And the user to whom I sent the PDF says that all of the links in other PDFs work fine when using "preview."

Thanks,
John
