Import/Export form fields

I have multiple versions of the same form, created in InDesign that I need to make fillable. Is there a way to import the fields from another pdf, other than just copy and paste? Or to designate the fields in InDesign?

When I have a small change to the original document I currently have to start all over with the copy and paste which is time consuming with hundreds of forms. Thanks.

Hi klmdesign,

Have you tried using the replace page feature in Acrobat? This will allow you to keep your existing form fields but replace the underlying page.
