Importing Barcodes

We currently use Code 128 for printing barcodes. The form that was created has four (4) text fields that need to be converted to barcode at the bottom of the page. I have not been able to import or generate this code. (Adobe 9.0 only has three (3) symbologies.) Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you creating the form in Acrobat or LiveCycle Designer? If Acrobat, you'll have to use a text field along with a code128 font, and do all of the necessary calculations in JavaScript to determine and set the field value.
