I am unable to insert pages into an existing PDF. When I try to "drag & drop" a PDF, I get the "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this task" error message. There is no security on this document. Any thoughts? TIA ... John

Was the PDF created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer? If so, you can't append pages to the PDF.
