Hello,

I'm having an issue when I convert a Word document to a PDF using Acrobat Pro 9. Most documents convert just fine. However, when I have a Word document that has .jpg or .gif files in it, the images appear as gray boxes in Acrobat Pro. The really weird thing is that I can open these new pdf files in Acrobat Reader and the images appear just fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this in Acrobat Prod?

thanks!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.2, Windows

Hi

You could try Preferences – Page display and under page content theres a check box that says show large images, make sure that is ticked. That turns images greyscale if they are over a certain size.

Hope that works?
