just installed acrobat x pro - "combined supported files" is MISSING from Windows Explorer

When control-clicking multiple files within Windows Explorer and then right clicking the group, the menu option of "combined supported files" is MISSING as well as other adobe options.

I migrated from acrobat 9 pro by the way

not sure i'm liking X very much

Please confirm your operating system version and service pack number (if any). I can see you've tried to re-register the handler without success, but we need more info.
