Follow up question for Leonard Rosenthol. I have converted the Outlook message to pdf, but the attachements are linked and not converted to pdf. I do not want to open each file and convert attachements to .pdf, I would like that to be automatic. What are the settings that I change for this outcome?

Under the Adobe PDF menu in Outlook select Change Conversion Settings. Under the Settings tab there is a pull-down menu for Attachments. Make sure "Include all attachments in the Adobe PDF" is selected.
