linking an e-mail within a pdf

Mac user CS3. I had read an answer to how to link an e-mail within a pdf on your site. The answer was 'Create or edit a Link, the link tool is on the "Advanced Editing" toolbar. In the Link Actions select an "Open a Web Link" action. Use the "mailto:" prefix on the URL, like this:

mailto:sales [at] mycompany [dot] com'

But when I go to advanced their is no 'Link Actions' or 'Open a Web link' in the list????

HELP!
