How do I link one document to many documents at different points in the doc? My report is 70 pages with about 50 exhibits. I need to link the report where the exhibit(s) appear. How do I do this? I have never worked in PDF before.

Acrobat Standard 7.0.0, Windows

Use the link tool in Acrobat.

Tools|Advanced Editing|Select Link Tool

Using the link tool, draw a box around the text which you want the user to click on to go to the other document. The Create Link dialog box pops up.

In the Create Link dialog box, select either Go to Page View (this assumes the exhibit you're linking to is within this same PDF document). Navigate to the correct page and zoom to the level you would like the user to see. Click OK.

If the exhibits are separate PDF documents, then you would instead choose Open a File and navigate to the correct file.

Hope this helps.
