I print my Word newsletter to Acrobat 7 Pro and the pdf document does not show the links alive, I have to right mouse click on each and create a link manually, how can I get the links to be carried over on the pdf document?
My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows
If you print your Word document to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer then the links will not automatically be inserted. However, if you use the PDFMaker macro (Adobe PDF menu in Word) to convert the PDF the links will automatically be added. Just double check that the setting for "Add links to Adobe PDF" is turned on before running the macro.
Hope this helps, Lori
