Links from Publisher to PDF

When using Publisher 2003 and printing to PDF, only the first link (url) on each pages works in the PDF created. Under the Change COnversion Setting option on the Adobe PDF menu the Add links to PDF is checked. The first link on each page works. Using Acrobat Professional 7.1 Help!

Try creating your PDF through the PDFMaker macro in Publisher and not through the Print menu.
