Loss of Margins When Scanning to PDF

I am running an HP C7280 All-In-One and when I try to scan from Acrobat Pro 9 Extended, it launches the HP scan utility normally, runs through the scanning progress bar a 3-4 times, then when the page ultimately displays, the margins are cropped away. I have tried this on 2 other computers, both running the same Acrobat release and HP software, both pointing to the same scanner, both scanning the same document. On the other 2 computers, the scan runs through the progress bar only once and on both other computers, the document is displayed in full, with NO cropping of the margins. This basically rules out the scanner hardware and the scanner software, and points to configuration issues.

I have performed side by side comparisons of all configuration settings that I can find, for both the HP device software and Acrobat, and I have found absolutely no differences. Its very strange, but I can find no reason for this behavior. I have removed and reinstalled both the HP and Acrobat software, in hopes of a resolution as well, but nothing seems to make a difference. One computer, my production system, is just driving me crazy, while my other two test systems work just fine.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated. BTW, I am running Acrobat 9.1.2, if anyone is wondering.

Thanks all...

Are you using the exact same scan driver on all these machines?
