Make pdf viewable only. Not printable or downloadable

Hi,
I created a pdf file with Acrobat 7. I created the file by with my Cannon printer being driven by my Mac. There are about 30 pages to the document. I want to put the file on my web page. I want people to be able to only view it, not download or print it. Is this possible?

You can prevent printing through the built-in Security settings of Acrobat (File-Properties-Security). It's not possible to prevent downloading the file (when someone views the file it has to be downloaded to their computer anyway).
