Hi, I have created a Form using Adobe Acrobat 8. But, when I am trying to add this form into an existing PDF file an error message shown in Adobe Acrobat 8.

ERROR MESSAGE :"You Cannot insert pages from an Adobe XML Form into another PDF file. To include Adobe XML form into other PDF file. please use the following menu option: Document-->Attach a file."

I don't want to attache a file to my existing document, I need to be able to add it to my document.

Can someone please help me?

Are you sure you did not use LiveCycle Desinger?

LiveCycle Designer creates XML form, while Acorbat FormsTool in Arobat adds form a form fields layer to an exisitng PDF.
