When I create a pdf from Word, all links are live. When that pdf is viewed using Acrobat 6 Reader none of the links are live. Could you explain what is happening and is it something in my setup that is wrong? Thanks

My Product Information:
Acrobat 7, Windows

Are you using PDFMaker with Word? If so, check the Conversion Settings and check the box for Add Links to PDF Document.

Dear Ted
I think we are at cross-purposes somewhere. I am creating the pdf from Word using the print option and selecting Adobe PDF. I have Acrobat 7 loaded on my machine which appears to make the links automatically, there is no check box for 'Add Links to PDF document' in the settings that you speak of. These links work fine when opening the PDF in Reader 7 but do not work when it is opened in Reader 6. I have a colleague in Scotland who has the same problem. Your thoughts please. Regards George Gate
