MS Access 2003 PDFMaker Error

OS: XP Pro Ver 2002 SP2
App: MS Access 2003 SP3
Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard 8.1.2

I can't print Access Reports using PDFMaker unless I'm logged into the PC with admin rights. However printing to Adobe PDF does work without admin rights. I tried some of the suggestions in Tech Note 333235 with no luck.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

What happens when you use PDFMaker menu (Adobe PDF-> Convert to Adobe PDF option)? Any message or any activity that happens on doing that? Is the problem replicable always and does this happen with any access report?
