multi page VWB yields a multiple PDF file

A multi page word document becomes one PDF file, whereas a multi page Vertual White Board file from an Interactive white board yields a multiple PDF files, when printing to Adobe. This make it difficult to email students and parents class notes. How can I make it just one PDF file?

Sounds like your VWB software is opening & closing the printer FOR EACH PAGE, thus causing multiple output PDFs from Acrobat.You can always use the "Create PDF from Multiple Files" feature in Acrobat to combine the separate pages together.
