Need to preserve both images & links in PDF from Outlook emails

I'm using Acrobat 9 Pro. If I open an email in Outlook and use the Create PDF button (no option for preferences) the images are shown as question marks and cannot be downloaded by viewers. If I print to Adobe PDF, then the images remain in tact, but I lose all links. How can I preserve both?

Thank you!

You need to use the Create PDF button in Outlook in order to preserve the links. If you're seeing images as question marks then this is probably external content that wasn't downloaded when you received your email. To download the content when you create your PDF from Outlook go to the preferences under the Adobe PDF menu in Outlook and select Change Conversion Settings ... and uncheck "Block download of external content".
